I am hearing folks talking about droughts in different parts of the world. Meaning conversations are relevant.

A quick outburst, and it was not necessarily a good day. I brought the phone to the bedroom last evening. That is a recipe to fall asleep while reading or checking something.

A not good night of sleep. Also, I went to bed late. I woke up late.

I really need to push for the best this weeks.

I navigated a bit through the news and messages, and catch up with a bit of reading.

I saw briefly who won Le Tour de France Femmes. And brief hearing of interviews. Learned that Girona in Spain is a sort of a mecca for cyclist, i.e. Kasia N. Who has a great character.

Watched a goal from Moises Caicedo and from his team mates. He provided an assistant as well. Yesterday, I briefly listened to el Topo Riquelme. (Juan Roman). Everything adds in time.

i navigated through a few articles and scopus.

Also, in the news I saw that Ross Douthat, sorry if I misspelled the last name, was hired as a correspondant for CBS 60 minutes. He is a good thinker and writer for the New York Times. The NYT has lost two writers I used to read.

Navigated foolishing for second through short videos in YouTube paying attention to the displays not to my time.

Listened to the beginning of two brief interviews from Ross D. While cooking, I started to listened to one of the Gottman books, finally.

But this is too much chaos.

Being sat in thought and planning. Must do some quick reading. I might not bike now. I should though. So I might leave without completing a reading.

Learned a bit about Roy Campbell, South African poet.

Tried at least the chords from Entre Dos Aguas from the great Paco de Lucia.

I might be missing something. Tomorrow, it is an important date in the history of Ecuador, which celebrates the first grito of Independence, from August 10, 1809 ?.

The reason to write in here, which I was going to say it is outburst. It is to always remember how important is the process. Results must be achieved. But the love, detail, understanding of the process is essential.

Otherwise you have this demanding people always either thinking on themselves or demanding your outcome, without connecting with you.

Oh, I briefly checked the motoGP. Briefly, meaning seconds. I was surprised to see how many Spanish riders are in the top level of that sport.

Too bad that Reuser fell. She was my favorite to win the le tour, without knowing much her capacities. It seems her expertise is time trial. But she rides for the spanish team Movistar, which I sort of care or support, still from external knowledge.

She fell in the descend. Lost her third place.

At the top level, or any level, you always must say the true. It is interesting to see through the eyes of Demi Vollerying. Also, other interviews, including the warm Kasia, or the thinker Reusser.
