Somehow a more active day than other prior days in this week.
Last week, I tasted a great beer. So I am glad I found it today. I really wanted a beer.
It is a hoppy west coast IPA from Bend, Oregon. It is called fresh squeezed, and its company name is Deschutes. The river in Bend in is Deschutes, which is a tributary to the Colombia River. Des Chutes in French means falls, or water falls.
I just loved.
It has been a long time I have not had a Karmiliet, which is tribble beer with a trappist recipe.
And it is tasting, at least now, or might be for the change of flavor, than other favorite of me, the Lagunitas IPA.
For some time, I liked Voodoo Ranger, Imperial IPA, from the New Belgium company, which I think it is brewed in Fort Collins, Colorado. Oh, that is new for me.
I do love all of those, but in the summer time, this Deschutes have a uniques bitterness, which I really like. Also, the alcohol content is slightly lower than the Voodoo Ranger, from Fort Collins.
Good job for this company.
OK. Well it takes some time to learn or optimize things. The clear things is that I, usually, mainly learn from others or experiences. Then, I might dive deeper.
