Habits, good and bad can engraine.

Rest in peace Dolly Parton. i really like her as a character. And some years ago i partially learned, at least played a couple of times, Island in the Stream, which her sang with Kenny Rogers.

I do not know her. I have listened to one interview a few years ago, through NPR. I watched today an interview of her with Conan.

She has struck me as a very honest, transparent person. It seems that in many times talks what she thinks, and were not afraid of showing good and bad sides, which can be complicated for a celebrity. Seems that she was quick on her feet for a good laugh. She had a great genuine accent, a proud Pigeon from the Appalachian Mountains from Tennessee?

I need to learn the origin of the word Tennessee.

I used some of my time online, in short clips of sit-coms, films, and learning about them. Wow. I also learned a bit about dialects and accent in the USA. Learned a bit from the Ozarks.

And also about the Appalachian folks. It came to my radar the use of the Pennsylvania Dutch.

And learned a bit about Cumberland River?

In other more important thoughts, I was thinking about the over pumping of groundwater, which can lead up to drying up a river.

Learned a bit about SGMA.

And was listening in the morning while cooking about the Endangered Species Act, and a 1973 case, when ESA came to life, about a fish in the Little Tennessee River, a 3-inch fish, called snail darter.

I need to learn a bit more about its Supreme Court case.

I did not write my own stuff again today. And had also to ponder some decision.

Need to keep improving the stay on target tasks, and the schedule.

i might not write that frequently here, unless that I need some accountability.
