I guess I usually write here, when I got distracted, or learned something. Rarely, I write here about the accomplishments.

OK. In off track. I got a bad night of sleep. Stayed up late. Then checked the guardian and the bbc updates of a formula one circuite race in Zandvoort, Netherlands, which is by the ocean. I guess I only learned more or less the location. It was impressive that Alonso finished in nine position, while his teammate was well back in the pack. That team has not accomplish much this year. But regardless of discussing details, I have never been in an event like that. I do not know any of those pilots or folks involved in person. I used to have friends in high school and a cousin, who were fans of the Formula 1. I guess the Schumacher and Malboro brand of the times were well sold to folks. There are plenty of interesting things in the mechanics of it, I would say. But still it can be meaningless behind a screen. Fortunately I was not watching, but still checking times, updates, team strategies. It is interesting, but it is a spent of time that creates several bad feelings. I recall when I was in high school or even much younger, the TV broadcasters of the formula 1 in Ecuador were actually quite serious, and explained things well. They were Jean Pierre Michallene, or something like that and his father. I attended to might be two car races. There I knew some folks who actually were in that sport.

So there is an empirical experience of that.

OK. My waste of time. After returning from mass, and learned a few things. I searched a literal given reference to the given source in youtube. That was the issue. Then instead I fell into the Youtube terrible tramp, which likely instagram, and other chaotic things which show you so much unsolicited interesting information in your face for an easy click. What a crap!. Sometimes is OK to take flyers, but much better if focused on the walk and destiny. I know several will disagree. OK. To take those flyers but one cannot wonder much.

Digital media through screens mouse, or touch screens have nailed the flyer traps, with things that almost never are in person. i.e. clicks to an intersting online book talk, or comedy bites to sitcom, i.e. the office. I foolishly fell into that. It has not happened that kind of behavior in years. But time to time can refloorish, if I am not careful.

Realized how much one share in a conversation, with folks who does not know yet. It is a ping pong game. Key questions are important. The sharing takes step by step. It is one of the paths to reach transparency. Although, that is path, trust, meaning other trusting on the self is a key.

Checked the phone for 2 seconds.

OK. I watched some comedy bites and some context for several The Office clips. Wow. It took hours, at least two of being the Youtube trap. That is the part which is hard sink or understand. Good that one is aware though. Then a mastery of that is to do it less and less and less, regardless the topic.
