I will write more details about sleeping schedule from recent days. It has been around this time, though this one is quite lat.

Good biking routine.
It makes a difference to eat focused on the food on the normal dining table. I have done that most of life. Wonder the change in recent few months. Back to normal on that.
Still checking email before leaving. But need to improve my routine. Reconnecting.
Woke up around 2 pm though. I will see how I will write the dates. Still makes sense to write the date, on which one was supposed to go to bed. I understand details are dangerous. I might use this for a period of time, while decrease the extreme hours or awake sleep behaviours.
Bed time: around 3:10 am. Might sleep around 4 am. Might wake up around noon.

Will sleep, Tuesday, around 4.30 am or so. Closing computer quite late 3:54 am. Had a 9 mi late evening bike ride. Although, I had dinner around 8 pm. I was quite hungry around midnight, after the exercise as well. But it was also a late wake up day. That is a factor that has pushed things to this hour. I might even sleep at 5 am.
