After learning about, in theory, at least about what are those creatures, which L. showed to me on a picture. Those are present on those days in Ocean Beach in San Francisco. She say those could be jellyfish. For me, at least from the picture I saw I saw looked more like “conchas” a sort of oyster.
Well, they are velella velella, or also “By-the-Wind-Sailors”. This does not mean I understand what they are yet. But I could be able to identify them by name. As I said that is part of how learning happens, based on incomplete pieces.
