I have checked the stats of this site quite frequently this year, meaning at the time I am about to write, but several times also before I leave home, either morning or early afternoon. It is a meaningless activity, at the end the benifit of this site, which I like, is the simplicity of writing directly within a html and simple css language. Some java and other languages might be involved here. But I have focused on several times on learning.
If there is an oversharing that could have been detrimental. Still here I aim to clean the head with small reflections.
It is not a product for sale. So regardless, what I find in the stats, still the goal is to orient some reflections in here, and to liberate some capacity in the brain, or increase it.
i.e. for instance see figures 1 to 3 below. I did not have idea how simple it can be to make either almond butter or peanut butter. It is just grinding. Of course the machines here are more complex, and the cost per pound is quite expensive. But I just see how disconnected I am from simple things. I am not a big consumer of peanut or almond butter. But it had not ocurred to me that it is just the grinded nuts. It just came to my mind a beautiful metallic grain grinder machine my grandma had. We used to grind maize there for preparing tamales. Quite a straigthforward process. Now one might but the tamal or the dough without knowing the whole process. It is ok to buy. One cannot do everything. The interesting part is to connect to the full process. Or the sad part would be to not ask those questions.
My friend fr. Mark from Zambia remind me about the meet served and the guests in Zambia. Either a hen can be killed, cooked, and served, or a lamb, or a cow. I have not picturing the slaughtering of a cow to host a guest. I have done in some degree, back at home the other two, including pork and guinea pigs.

Other topics I need to consult is the impact on cognition while traveling about 30 miles per day, or investing about 2.5 hours per day on traveling. Cognition would be fine, because I do reading, and I am currently on a page turner. I do reflection as well. But I need to research on the impact on the brain on traveling those distances on a daily basis.
Still, need to keep taking actions on sleeping schedule, time, and discipline.
