Archangels Feast

Feast of the three Archangels of The Lord Our God: Archangel Michael, Archangel Raphael, and Archangel Gabriel.

It is also the feast of Blessed Nicola da Forca Palena.

I will need to check the sources:

Saint Michael, Archangel: Captain and Prince of the Angels. Prince of the Heavenly Host. There are so many angels. Likely more than humans. So, it is a huge role. His name means “Who can copare with God?” For this, see footnote in Rev 12:7, in the USBCC bible linked below.

Saint Gabriel, Archangel. The Herald of the Incarnation and the Guardian of the Virgin Mary. Communicator. Read Magnificat.

Saint Raphael, Archangel: Healer or God Heals. Read Tobbit.

I will do this year novena to Saint Michael. Another year that the cycle would fall in this calendar day I will for the in honor, memory, existence, and intersection of Saint Raphael, then Saint Gabriel, and then Blessed Nicola da Forca Palena. Who knows if days would change by then. The cycle somehow repeats in 2027, but then 2044, 2046, 2065, 2067.

It is a 23 year cycle to cover the four saints on this feast day. Pray for us.
