It is Friday April 11. How this semester has flew so fast.

Nowadays I am trying to do many things by instincts. I know that has consequences, but I hate to assent something that I do not feel with my heart.

Life is beyond the self, so how to learn to let the heart to do the talking is a way to find the true.

Of course, we can be wrong. Then, the meaning is that one has been choosing to be fed by sources no relevant to the path one has to walk on. Still, even if incorrect, even if wrong is good to speak with the heart.

One should not be afraid that the heart could be evil. Although that would be a disaster, and never meaning against everyone else but against of the self with some actions, which can take time in understand and hopefully to heal.

Are some paths mere curiosity? Might be. But then the question is why?

One should still asses what is the meaning, even when one receives some hostility.

I think a touch base point are in Mt 22, 34-40, Mk 12:28-34.

I am going to spell them out with some paraphrasing. One shall love the Lord of Hosts with all my heart, with all my soul, and with all my mind. It means to reflect, pray, meditate, ask to the living God for some guidance every time, and if time allows before taking an action. If time does not allow, it means pray every night and every morning, but be awake and present and in full will for decision making during the day. Trust what you do to the Living God.

Remember, also to love your neighbor as yourself. There is not intrinsic meaning of giving everything to others, which it could be true, but also to love myself, so I can provide that love and guidance.

What is the meaning of love oneself? Taking care of soul, body, mind, spirit. This is connected to what one eats, reads, interactions, sleep, what one says, but also the pre-moment to that is praying.
