How to proceed when people talk behind your back?

That is not an issue at all. It can be rather a benefit.

The sometimes annoying thing is listening others to talk behind others back.

The terrible thing is one start doing that. It is even worst the remorse.

Misunderstanding start as a product of that. How to stay on check?

One is not perfect, and probably never would be. But really need to learn from errors.

It is painful to talk about people one even like. It is painful the misconception one can generate.

Words matter and one really must be responsible for them.

The other thing I have to improve is my grading speed.

Finally I shared a bit of my syllabus today with a neighbor. That is fine.

I am doing the opposite of what I mentioned above.

On other topic, one needs to interpret fake people. It is not difficult. The complicated part is not taking action.

Other important part is to learn to how to collaborate.

Finally, it is important to learn how to forgive? How to ignore is horrible, but is it healthy to fight more? I would say that yes.

It is a bad feeling when people start ignoring to one. It is an American thing? Or a Berkeley thing? It could be an universal thing if there are more reasons for it to the personal level.

But it is terrible to do that to others. Resting it is so important.

Screens sucks and isolate the self.

While there are plenty of useful information in many films. I need to mind more all those distractions and work, and enjoy as well.
