Salad of thoughts

Berkeley, Friday, October 3, 2025 6:02 PM

Plenty of activity on campus, due to the Home Coming weekend.

Day before yesterday, I slept for about 3 hours. Last night, I probably slept for about 3ish am to 7.50 am, but decided to sleep for about one hour more or so. The issue was that I skipped a potential working session at 8.30 am. I showed up around 11 am for the next working session and I kept going that until near 3:30 pm, when I finally went to eat “lunch”.

I am a bit tired now. I wanted to briefly check something from a former class. And also about the event.

Pour all the knowledge on me.

I am more a grader and reader, and leading task force.

But I also need to push for my to-do list.

Last Monday, we had a great feast. The funny thing is that there were candies after breaking a piñata.

Then, how can I fully complete my tasks?

You see there is a little bit of randomness in all of these.

I am trying to keep the brain going, which had a short night of sleep. But I still must finish a chapter.

Candies are bad for the teeth, health, and skin? But a few times is the easier way to get sugar for keep working.

Showman people are funny, but it requires quite a bit of courage to be in front of several people.

The best way to give love is to give oneself completely immersed on talents and getting things done. Of course there are boundaries. But one, if synchronized, can understand what is the meaning of love.

A great evil in life is wasting time on videos.

But a word is a word, unless that the other part rejects the initial agreement.

I found a great to work on campus.

I guess before I was also required to show up on campus. Although, not required.

Two American Robins (birds) are teaching their chick to fly. There is a tree next to my window. Great to see.

Videos and unnecessary noise and distractions are so harmful for the brain without need.

I have to do something better.

Same applies for social media. One might think that is possible to pay attention to that, but it is not a good idea.

So many things to learn.

But one also becomes what one is exposed to.

So, is that regardless of the topic. Probably yes to a great extent.

Music and noise started nearby. But I can get this thing done now.

It also requires some sort of believe.

Yet at some point it might be healthy or useful to listen to a podcast. Or watch an video.

i.e. the Red Flags

But there are several other interesting podcasts and audiobooks. I might listen briefly to red flags, which is not an excellent one. But it is a funny one about f1.

Particularly, it has a good idea of segments and structure, particularly when it is the vankers or vankah podcast.

In any case, I won’t listen it now.

A good practice is the prayer of the hours.

Which I do not know. But I can do a version of the routine.

Wake up pray. Manual labor, prepare breakfast.

Exercise, go to the library.

Write.

Breaks for reading or meals.

Read. Fit a prayer when plausible or the rosary.

Exercise back home.

Cook, read. Listen podcast. Pray novena.

Sleep… etc

How did I allowed to break a cycle?

Room always a room for flexibility but be careful to not damage the routine.

When, it becomes better, it can help with the sleeping cycle.
