Odors

I have to talk to a neighbor downstairs. There is a nice dog, but the pooping place is on the concrete patio just under the balcony next to my desk.

Poop does not decompose well on concrete surface. Also I noticed plenty of smell to combat that smell which seem to be some chemical products or either aerosols.

It does not feel good.
