Rumiñahui was half brother from Atahualpa. Born around 1490 A.D. in Píllaro, Tungurahua. His father was Huayna Capac, born in Tomebamba, and his mother was Nari Ati (Wikipedia).
I will read at some point more about it. I am leaving things as topics. I might not have been in Pillaro yet. I did not know that Rumiñahui was born in there.
