Of course, one needs to be mindful.

I was talking to someone the other day, when I started explained about food connected to place.

I also saw today all there bees of a kind flying between poppies and between another flower that I do not know the name.

I think that was one of the most…. [I do not know what I was written]

I think that observing the bees pollinate is a beautiful distraction if one is tired.

I will record, meaning, I will take notes of my observations next times. It is beautiful how busy they get, but I am not sure what do they do. No every poppy was open. The bee tried in many of them.

Do the poppies smile once they allow the bee get in?

Anyways, at 10.30 am I ate yogurt, few blueberries, about 350 ml of coffee plus milk.

Then a bit of fish.

Then around 5.20 pm, I ate soup. This meal was in a dinning hall. So, I am not 100% of the specifics but I ate a lot.

Soup. I put some bread on the soup. I placed olives and carrots, in the soup. It was a tomato soup I believe.

Around that time I ate a slides of pineapple pizza.

Then, I ate chicken, few vegetables with it, and three pieces of tofu probably.

Here is might something that over exceed. I ate a desert, which I do not what is. It was a cake, but I do not know much about cakes. I drunk a few ml, about a quarter of a glass of cold chocolate milk.
