How to solve?

I am writing this in a very noise environment.

Questions to ask includes if my prior conversation over the phone influenced what my neighbor is doing.

I lived about a year in these conditions before I placed another desk.

How can others do not realize what you need to do?

Or how one cannot fully realize what others do, in a comfort zone. We live in a chaotic world.

Of course the solution is not to respond with more noise.

It seems that several arguments did not work either.

I still wish to solve some of the issues, but I might see some of the problems in a more clear way.

Noise can be extremely aggressive against one who wants to write a bit.
