I am in a cafeteria. It is probably the first time after a long time that I have come to a cafeteria to do work.

However, my brain is in shock somehow. One question is when I will recover?

I probably woke up fine, though late this morning.

I still that error of bring the phone to room last night.

I am going to take the wrong break, and watch the Formula 1, qualifying summary for less than 10 minutes. It is 9.04 PM.

I skipped that decision. I will keep focused. Because of the embarrassment of watching a video here.

So, that is the beauty of a cafe, but that also can be the problem in my place, which sometimes I blame to externalities and the thinnest of the dry walls.

The official channel Ecuador en Directo, published a video in Spanish from Jan Topic, but wrote the title in English.

I made another watch and pause. In the highlights they usually focus on the last seconds of Q1 and Q2, so far. Let’s see what happens in Q3.

Impressive performance from Sainz. I applaud that. I am happy with that.

The highlights also elaborate a bit more on Q3, but the main focus is on what happens in the last seconds. A lap, which started before time 00 counts. It is so interested to see how much action happens in there. That of course is by design. Because attracts so much audience. Or at least that is a logic in such a mechanic sports. Still everyone needs to be good to perform then. If it is not by design, what a good coincidence.

Cellphone in room is bad. But there were a few interactions yesterday which would bring some additional actions. I will like to see the reactions. It was not good what I proposed.

In another topic, today in a conversation about politics someone from Venezuela said an angry woman can be more dangerous than men. The context was talking about solving the narco traffic war in Ecuador. I am not sure about the specific context of the answer, but it was taken about not under estimate what Luisa can do regarding the delinquency and narco traffic war in Ecuador.

I also ask, however, how is the day by day on the streets beyond the news.

My solution, which I agree with some words that Jan Topic said, is that the Ecuadorians, we ourselves need to recuperate our country. It is a citizens issue to solve what is happening in the house. Not just by bringing external guards the delinquency in the house will be solved.

All of those might be distractions for delaying the completion of that video, among a time where I still have plenty of things to do, but soon I will go to bed.

Ok. I went to a place of a friend 40 minutes south of Berkeley this afternoon. I drove the Jeep. I ate ceviche and encebollado there.

One issue? On the way there twice smoke came out of the car even inside through the passenger door. It also went through the exhaust. It is the third time that this ever happens. All those times has happened since the last time I changed the engine oil.

Now the one of the questions is what to do? I received two opinions.

Someone is uncomfortable just in front of me 15 meters away, but took a solution. People is smart, and always aware. Another thing to think about is how to proceed on a daily basis.

Focus. I think I watched all the cars now. I might need to do a pause.

Hamilton needs to find a better performance in his Ferrari. I hope the best for him and for Ferrari. I am happy for Sainz. Impressive pole position from the driver from Australia, Oscar Piastri.

Should I finish to do this. It is becoming more difficult each time. I am wearing headphones now.

I need to bring the Jeep to mechanic. It seems things will be fine.

Do not watch that much across the room. Or is that Ok. I think it is fine, but feel also assure and good in heart of things that you are doing.

I am feeling OK with the Jeep. It might be solved after understanding that with the mechanic.

Can Ecuador have a direction?
